Therapy2000 states that the display and advertisement of price marked goods is an 'invitation to treat' and that if a mistake occurs and the mistake is easily identifiable, for example, the price is too low for such an item, then the contract is void.
Please note that the content of our website is an invitation to treat not an offer. This is to make an allowance in the event that a typing mistake results in the wrong value being displayed.
This means there is no contract between Therapy2000 and the customer for an item until Therapy2000 accepts the customer order and processes their payment. Until that time, Therapy2000 is within its rights to not accept any customer order.
Price and availability information are subject to change without notice. However, we would contact you in this rare eventuality, before proceeding with the order.

Credit Card Payments
Before any order is processed or shipped, we must obtain Credit Card Payments of account holder's name and billing address from the credit card issuing bank. To avoid delays, please provide accurate name and billing address information, to include day and evening phone numbers, as they appear on the credit card statement. We are not responsible for delays in processing and shipping the customer's order where the customer has provided inaccurate credit card account information, billing or shipping information.
As per the policy for all the major credit card companies, we only ship to the registered billing address, or to an alternate address if the alternate address is on file with the credit card company. If the billing address is a PO Box, the shipping address must be a residential address on file with the credit card company.
We reserve the right to cancel orders where account holder information cannot be verified, where there are irregularities with customer's credit card account number or with the billing information provided.

Therapy 2000 Conditions of Sale:
1. Prices in the catalog are correct at the date of printing but are subject to alteration without prior notice. The buyer will be held to have satisfied him/herself as to the correct price at the date of ordering.
2. Stock is offered for sale subject to availability. No liability for delay or non-supply or price variation is accepted by Therapy 2000.
3. The buyer accepts full liability for any damage or loss, which may occur after delivery of goods and equipment. This specifically excludes any and all consequential loss claims.
4. The risk in all goods passed to the buyer upon delivery but title in the goods remains vested in Therapy 2000. Title passes to the buyer upon full payment being made by the buyer of all sums (due on whatsoever account or grounds) to Therapy 2000 (and any other company within the same group of companies). In the event of the goods being sold by the buyer in such manner as to pass title to a third party while and such sums as aforesaid are due Therapy 2000 right under this condition shall attach to the proceeds and a buyer shall place such proceeds in a separate account. Nothing herein shall constitute the buyer the agent of the company for the purpose of any sub-sale.
4b. The buyer agrees that prior to the payment of the whole price of the goods Therapy 2000 may at any time enter upon the buyer’s premises and any other premises where the goods may be and remove the goods there. Prior to such payment the buyer shall keep the goods separate and identifiable for their purpose.
c. In the event of the goods becoming of or being converted into other products while sums are due as provided in sub-condition (a) hereof Therapy 2000 shall have the ownership of title to such other products as if they were the goods and accordingly sub-condition (a) hereof shall so far as appropriate apply to such other products.
5. Dispatch and freight charges apply to all orders at the buyer’s expense. All prices quoted are ex-warehouse. Therapy 2000 can accept no responsibility for delays in delivery or transport delays.
6. Prompt payment or special discounts may only be taken if payment reaches Therapy 2000 within the specified time and/or terms.
7. Therapy 2000 reserve the right to charge interest on all over-due monthly accounts at the same monthly rate then currently charged by Barclaycard (currently 1.5% per month on overdue balances.) For dishonored cheques, eight ponds per representation charge will be made each time the cheque needs to be represented.
8. Legal and debt collection costs, in full, will be accepted by the buyer should Therapy at any time need to resort to such processes to collect overdue accounts.
9. Any order, whether written or verbal, now or at any time in the future, will be subject to these conditions even if such orders are placed by an employee of the buyer. If the buyer wishes to limit in any way the authority of their agents and employees for any purpose whatsoever, then prior written notice must be given to Therapy 2000. Without such prior notice Therapy 2000 will not be liable for the actions of any such agent or employee.
10. Claims for shortage in delivery cannot be accepted unless advised by telephone, within 48 hours of receipt of goods and then confirmed in writing within 7 days to Therapy 2000.
11. Equipment supplied is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from invoice date for parts and labor with the exception of heating elements (wax heaters) sunbeds, spa pools and labor. Parts such as consumables, upholstery, glass tubes, bulbs, electrodes, Perspex plates, ECT, Are specifically excluded from any guarantee. Original or copy purchase receipt must accompany all claims.
12. Conditions of this guarantee are normally for equipment to be returned to Therapy 2000, carriage paid, for repair or replacement at Therapy 2000 discretion. Original Purchase invoice numbers and date of purchase must be stated. Under warranty wither

13. Any waiver or non-enforcement of these conditions will not alter them for the future or excludes or reduce Therapy 2000 right for eventual enforcement.
14. These conditions are final and no verbal representation by any employee or director of Therapy 2000.
15. Cancellation of orders:
a) Prior to delivery – will be accepted only against of 10% of the cancelled goods value.
b) After invoicing and dispatch – will be accepted only against the payment of 25% of cancelled goods value plus costs of dispatch and return Freight.
c) Non-standard or special order goods cannot be cancelled; payment in full is due after such orders places.
16. No responsibility will be accepted by Therapy 2000 for untrained or unqualified personnel using or miss-using products or equipment supplied by us.
13. Any waiver or non-enforcement of these conditions will not alter them for the future or excludes or reduce Therapy 2000 right for eventual enforcement.

We are pleased to undertake repairs by quotation. All equipment, either electrical or mechanical, is liable to develop faults occasionally. We want to make the repair or replacement as quick and easy for you as possible. It is up to you, after a telephone consultation, to return the faulty item to Therapy 2000.
Please pack and insure thoroughly, as our guarantee does not cover damage in transit from you, neither do we repair accidentally damaged items free of charge.
You must produce or quote your original invoice number an date of purchase to qualify for ‘free of charge’ warranty work. After repair/replacement your equipment will be returned to you at Therapy 2000 expense.
Our guarantee, which you will find under the conditions of sale, states:
“ Equipment supplied is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from invoice date for parts and labor with the exception of heating elements (wax heaters), sunbeds, which are guaranteed for 6 months for parts and labor, parts such as consumables, glass tubes, bulbs, electrodes, Perspex plates, ect… are specifically excluded from any guarantee.
Conditions of this guarantee are normally for equipment to be returned to Therapy 2000; carriage paid for repair and replacement at Therapy 2000 discretion. Original purchase invoice number and date of purchase must be stated.
Certain Equipment is guaranteed for two years. This means in the first year a normal parts and labor warranty is extended for a second year for parts only.
